I began my journey over 18 years ago, working as a counsellor with individuals and families in the church and community. This work began as a volunteer while I was completing my education and continued as a professional.
Over the years I gained the following:
Bachelor of Science from Empire State College
Master of Arts from Austin Seminary in Pastoral Care & Counselling
Significant post graduate studies at a doctoral level in Psychology, including a course in Clinical Supervision
Internships in Addiction Counselling
Drive SOBA Facilitation Certificate
Specialized in working with abuse, trauma and Autism Spectrum Disorder in children and adults
Member of NZ Christian Counselling Association (Registered Counsellor)

In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and group sessions, I regularly host workshops and seminars for people who are interested in developing new tools for coping.
